Welcome to WHIM — the Women's Health Integrated Menopause program. You have taken an important step by joining this study, and we are glad you are here.

WHIM is a digital health program designed specifically for peri- and post-menopausal women. Over the next several weeks, you will have access to evidence-based education about menopause, practical tools to manage your symptoms, and a community of women navigating similar experiences.

What you will find in this program

The WHIM program is organized into weekly modules. Each week you will find:

  • Learning topics with medical content written and reviewed by healthcare providers
  • Audio, video, and written practices, each with a suggested weekly target number
  • A private journal for personal reflection
  • Community prompts tied to the current module
  • A weekly check-in to track symptoms and how you are feeling over time

How to use the Guidistry platform

  • Dashboard: Your personalized home page. Shows your weekly progress, current module, available practices, and rewards garden.
  • Log: Review your activity history, symptom trends, and any connected wearable data.
  • Modules: A new module unlocks for your cohort each week. Tap the active module to see its learning topics, practices, journal prompts, and community discussion.
  • Practices: Audio, video, and written practices are grouped under the active module. Each card shows its weekly target and how many you have completed.
  • Journal: Your private journal is only visible to you. Use it for personal reflection throughout the program.
  • Community: Each module has its own discussion prompt. You can read and respond to posts from others in your cohort.
  • Check-In: Complete the weekly symptom check-in to help track your experience across the program.
  • Settings: Use the floating settings icon to switch between light and dark mode or change your scene theme.

What to expect

The program moves on a weekly rhythm. Each week a new module opens for your whole cohort, and the learning topics and practices for that week are meant to be completed that week. Plan on roughly 2–3 hours per week.

Earlier weeks stay open, so you can always go back and finish something you missed. Even so, we encourage you to keep pace with your cohort — the discussions and group visits follow the weekly schedule. If you are having trouble keeping up, tell your facilitator; they are there to help you adjust.

Weekly targets for each practice are the desired goal, and they are what fills in your rewards garden as you complete them. The curriculum is built so that, week by week, you gain knowledge about the menopause journey and the skills that help you process it and reduce stress.
